Location - London (travel to US and other offices)

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join finance organisation and play a key role in supporting the Core Banking System. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, designing, building, and testing robust IT infrastructure. You will need to of worked for a Tier 1 banking organisation to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain IT infrastructure to support the Core Banking System.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Required Technical Expertise:

Infrastructure: On-premise and Cloud platforms, hardware sizing.
Operating Systems: Unix and Linux (including NFS, Samba, SFTP).
Middleware: Oracle WebLogic.
Database Management: Oracle (RAC, Active DataGuard, GoldenGate, Multi-Tenant CDB, PDB).
Messaging Services: IBM MQ, HULFT.

What you will need:

Proven experience in IT infrastructure within the financial services sector especially with a tier 1 organisation.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
