Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and develop the Trust's network and telephony infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the Digital Services Infrastructure for maximum system availability.
• Investigate and demonstrate new and emerging technologies to improve organizational workflows.
• Participate in the Digital Services Out of hours On-Call emergency service.
• Configure, document, and maintain the Trust's server, network, and telephony infrastructure.

Key Skills:

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Digital Services environment.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows technologies and IP Telephony.
• Knowledge of complex multi-site data networks and installation of network cabling.
• Experience with Cloud Environments, including Office365 and Azure.
• Advanced technical fault resolution skills.
• Ability to plan and organize installations of digital services.
