Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure automation using Python and Ansible
• Build and extend APIs to enable infrastructure-on-demand
• Automate lab testing for new hardware and software certification
• Design scalable infrastructure solutions alongside internal stakeholders
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and scripting

Key Skills

• Strong Python and/or Ansible automation experience
• Experience scripting infrastructure installation, configuration or management
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL, etc.)
• Knowledge of distributed web applications and supporting infrastructure
• Comfortable working within Linux command-line environments
• Experience with Terraform, custom Ansible modules, or infrastructure APIs would be highly beneficial

I'm currently supporting a leading global consultancy on the search for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join a high-profile technology programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys automating infrastructure and eliminating manual processes.
