Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- Configure and support Cisco networking equipment, including Routers and Switches.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments
- Work with TCP/IP, routing, switching and network configuration.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments and hardware refreshers.
- Assist with the maintenance and optimisation of server and wider IT infrastructure.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure engineer or in a similar hands-on technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including Routers and Switches.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure across network and server environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and virtualisation technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with wider technical teams.
