Infrastructure Engineer

Summary: The Infrastructure Engineer role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in Active Directory to support a globally regulated environment. The position involves both business-as-usual support and project work, focusing primarily on Active Directory administration and security, while also engaging with Windows Server and VMware. The engineer will collaborate with global service teams to deliver effective solutions and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd/4th line technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, and related infrastructure services.
• Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration, including Group Policy, user group management, and incident resolution.
• Support Active Directory security measures such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and MFA.
• Assist in infrastructure-related design and architecture work, particularly around AD and platform services.
• Collaborate with service teams locally and globally to deliver business solutions and service onboarding.
• Maintain and build Windows Servers, support VMware, and assist with Citrix environments.
• Support backup and restore processes and overall platform integrity.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Active Directory administration and security.
• Experience with Windows Server and VMware.
• Knowledge of security tools such as PAM, MFA, and SSO.
