Summary: The Infrastructure Engineer role involves managing incident and request fulfilment tickets, monitoring infrastructure health, and supporting projects and security initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incident and request fulfilment tickets within SLA’s
• Monitor key health signs of infrastructure and respond to issues
• Support projects and new initiatives
• Participate in investigations and remediation of security vulnerabilities or breaches
• Implement infrastructure design and build best practices
• Create technical documentation
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively

Key Skills:

• Experienced 3rd line Infrastructure Technical Specialist
• Dual experience with traditional Infrastructure BAU support in an ITIL environment and Azure IAAS, PAAS, DevOps, and Infrastructure as code
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows technologies (Active Directory, WDS, DNS, DHCP, DFSR, Group Policy)
• Virtualisation (VMWARE ESX)
• Vulnerability management
• IT and Cyber Security measures (firewalls, antivirus, security patching, IDP/IDS)
• Experience in project teams for infrastructure and software development
• SAN Technologies (Storage configuration & provision, Fibre Channel connectivity & zoning)
• Self-starter and strong team player with attention to detail
