We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Platform Integration / Technical Delivery Manager to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of complex infrastructure changes and implementations across multiple teams and third-party suppliers.
Essential
- Strong experience in Infrastructure Platform delivery and implementation
- Proven experience managing complex technical implementations and integrations
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Network/Voice technologies
- Experience working across multiple technology teams, suppliers and system integrators
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience in change strategy, planning and governance
- Strong risk, dependency and issue management capability
- Excellent planning, tracking and reporting skills
- Experience coordinating high-risk production implementations / major change events
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Strong technical delivery and programme/project management experience
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving capability
- Strong customer-centric approach and accountability
- Good understanding of AI and emerging technology concepts / AI literacy
- Experience driving change adoption across technology teams.
