Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams.
  • Gather, analyse, and document requirements for infrastructure-related initiatives including data centres, Servers, networks, cloud migration, and cybersecurity upgrades.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional infrastructure requirements.
  • Support infrastructure project delivery by ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Participate in RFPs/RFIs and vendor assessments where required.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong background in infrastructure projects (Cloud, Networks, Datacentre migrations, End-User Computing, Storage, Security, Middleware).
  • Good understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services (eg, FCA, PRA, GDPR, SOX).
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
