Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible
  • Writing automation scripts and utilities using Python or similar languages
  • Managing webhooks, APIs, and workflows for efficient deployment automation
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and security configuration issues

Key Skills:

  • Terraform expertise with any cloud provider (Azure preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (eg GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Scripting skills (eg Python) to develop supporting utilities
  • Familiarity with GitHub APIs and Webhooks
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure Automation and deployment optimisation
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks (nice to have)
  • Agile working environment experience with solid collaboration and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive under time constraints

Overview

We're seeking a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join a global consultancy for a financial services client.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in Terraform, CI/CD automation, and a strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.

What You'll Be Doing
