The ask is specifically related to audit-based activity initially. The small team would travel around Data Centre's across the UK and perform audit-based activities; gently parting cables, taking note of the nature of the hardware in each rack, and ideally being able to log in to each device, check IP address, and note that down.

Ideal background would be Infrastructure Engineering, preferably with experience operating in a Data Centre environment. The work itself would be quite prescriptive in nature, and after doing the first data Centre it would effectively be a rinse and repeat exercise - albeit each of differing scale. Background within Windows, UNIX and VMware would be a positive.
