Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise infrastructure architecture.
- Migrate legacy data center environments to Microsoft Azure.
- Build secure, scalable, and separation-ready cloud platforms.
- Play a key role in major transformation programmes, including cloud migration and IT separation initiatives.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and system integrators.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight across infrastructure, cloud, and platform initiatives.
- Help shape the infrastructure strategy and roadmap towards a modern, cloud-first environment.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business separations, or divestments from an infrastructure architecture perspective.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience as an Infrastructure Architect in large, complex global organisations.
- Hands-on experience with major infrastructure transformation projects, including data center and cloud migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience designing enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
- Broad infrastructure expertise across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
- Experience supporting ERP transformations and migrations to cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of plant infrastructure and operational technology (OT) integration.

Infrastructure Architect – London Outside IR35 – Rates up to £675 London based 2-3 days per week As an Infrastructure Architect, you will join a growing Strategy & Architecture team, leading the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise infrastructure architecture. The role focuses on migrating legacy data centre environments to Microsoft Azure and building secure, scalable, and separation-ready cloud platforms. You will play a key role in major transformation programmes, including cloud migration and IT separation initiatives, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and system integrators to deliver secure, resilient, and cost-effective solutions aligned with the organisation’s target operating model.
