- Strong experience in end-to-end solution architecture, including troubleshooting and design.
- Wintel generalist background with application architecture knowledge.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, with automation experience an advantage.
- Familiarity with virtualisation platforms (VMware preferred, others acceptable).
- Experience with NetApp storage technologies (SAN/NAS, snapshots, replication).
- Solid understanding of networking and firewalls.
- Ability to perform deep-dive investigations and lead remediation efforts.
