Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop / user support for end users
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and docking stations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Assist with user logins, password resets, and basic access issues
- Ensure devices are correctly connected to network and printers
- Perform basic system checks and verify equipment functionality
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear handover notes if required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Technician role
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (hardware & software)
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
