Summary: The role of IT Support Technician involves providing comprehensive technical support for a global fashion brand's London office, serving over 50 staff members, including C-level executives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sole IT go-to person and technician for the London office supporting 50+ staff

IT Support Technician / IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Desktop Support Analyst

Monday to Friday, standard business hours, no call required.

Our client is a well-known global fashion brand with over 10,000 employees and offices across North America, EMEA and APAC. They are looking for an IT support technician to join their office based in the City of London:

  • -Sole IT go to person and technician for the London office and support 50+ staff;
  • -Provide C-level support;
  • -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
  • -Provide technical support across Macs/Windows, Windows server, IT network and VPN, printers, Office 365, AV/conference room, business system and applications;
  • -Vendor relationship management

Requirements:

  • -3 years + experience as IT support/desktop support/service desk analyst;
  • -Good knowledge in Mac and Windows, Office 365, network and VPN;
  • -Customer oriented and user friendly;
  • -Great communication skills

Initially 6 months full time contract start ASAP and very likely to extend on 6 months basis in long term afterwards. Contract is inside IR35 and offer £225 per day (which works out £3300 per month AFTER TAX). Monday to Friday standard business hours, 5 days on site in the City of London, NO on calls required.
