We’re hiring an IT Support Contractor to join a specialist London-based business, who operate at the intersection of technology, digital intelligence, cyber awareness, and reputation management, helping clients navigate online risk, privacy concerns, and digital threats in a fast-moving environment.

IT Support Engineer key responsibilities:

  • A hands-on IT support professional who can provide reliable day-to-day support across a Microsoft environment and help keep internal operations running smoothly.

Core responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Support Windows devices and end users onsite
  • Troubleshoot issues across Active Directory and Office 365
