Summary: This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Project Manager responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects within a complex operational environment. The position emphasizes hands-on delivery, coordination, and problem-solving while collaborating with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure timely project execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, priorities and dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Drive the successful delivery of a full website renewal programme, coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage enhancements and ongoing development activity across the finance platform built on Microsoft Business Central with a bespoke overlay.
  • Coordinate continuous improvements to the organisation’s contact management system, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Define, document and challenge business requirements, translating operational needs into actionable project outcomes.
  • Own relationships with third-party suppliers, managing project quotations, budgets, delivery plans and performance against agreed objectives.
  • Identify delivery risks, blockers and dependencies early, implementing pragmatic solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across project scope, priorities and expectations.
  • Establish clear project governance, reporting and tracking processes appropriate to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Take ownership of delivery activity with minimal supervision, adapting priorities and approach as project needs change.
