Implementing Sensitivity Labels: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Electronic Document & Records Management: Migrating data to the cloud for enhanced reporting and cost efficiency. Digital Evidence Sharing: Expediting court cases and reducing court churn through digitization. Defence Agent Service (DAS) Rollout: Modernizing communication channels for better service delivery. Ongoing Case Management Improvements: Managing enhancements for operational efficiency and value.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of digital transformation and IT projects. Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate sprint planning and track project progress against milestones. Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement effective solutions.Essential Skills & Experience: Project Management Qualification: Proven experience across the entire project lifecycle. Agile & Waterfall Expertise: Comfortable in both methodologies, with experience in running sprint planning and guiding teams. IT Business Project Delivery: Strong track record in managing complex IT projects. Effective Communication: Skilled at bringing teams together to achieve shared objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with IT, business colleagues, and external partners.
