Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to various skill levels.
- Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customised training solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure training is current and effective.
- Provide feedback and assessments to measure trainee progress and adjust training strategies as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Eligibility for BPSS clearance.
- Availability to deliver training against a defined timeline.
