Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and go-live.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse current systems and processes (AS-IS), identify gaps and inefficiencies, and define future-state (TO-BE) workflows and solution requirements.
  • Support system selection and vendor management, ensuring clear translation of business needs into deliverables and alignment across CRM, HRMS, Project Management and Finance systems.
  • Oversee integration design, data migration, training, testing (including UAT), and implementation activities to ensure a smooth, coordinated deployment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering complex systems implementations.
  • Strong experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, HRMS, and Finance/Accounting platforms.
  • Experience working on system integration projects (APIs, data flows, middleware, etc.).

THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead a critical business systems transformation programme. The successful candidate will take ownership of replacing our in-house developed application (currently serving as a CRM, HRMS, and Project Accounting system) with a scalable, best-in-class solution aligned to our growth strategy. The candidate will work across multiple initiatives, including an ongoing HRMS implementation and the planned upgrade of our accounting system. A key focus will be ensuring seamless integration between systems and alignment with business processes.
