Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

Our client, a globally recognised Manufacturing business are looking to recruit for a Cyber security analyst on a contract basis to help support the architecture & infrastructure teams within the organisation. The organisation are currently running a project recertifying their Cyber Essentials+ and ISO270001 certifications and so need a candidate responsible for identifying and assessing security vulnerabilities across windows servers, Azure environments and endpoints. You will be working to implement effective controls, deploy patches all whilst maintaining industry standards compliance. You will also contribute to disaster recovery, participate in incident response and ensure accurate documentation of all remediation activities within the role. In order to be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of windows servers & endpoint management as well as excellent experience working in both On-Prem & Cloud Security. You will also possess experience working with Vulnerability Management Tools, ideally Qualys and have hands on experience with patch management systems and a solid understanding of Firewalls and Routers. In return, you will receive a very competitive day rate, and be exposed to a variety of challenging security issues within a globally recognised organisation. You will also have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a highly respected Infrastructure team, and have the opportunity for an extended contract if all goes well. This role requires 3 days per week working on site in Bath.
