Summary: The Information Management & Digital Record Administrator role involves managing digital records and ensuring the organization of unstructured data within a leading financial services organization based in Canary Wharf. The position requires collaboration with various teams and effective use of electronic document management systems. The successful candidate will report to the team Principal and work closely with the Information Manager and Coordinators. This hybrid role necessitates self-management and planning skills to address issues and reorganize existing records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with IM colleagues and work with other business colleagues and raise any issues found as a result of the work
  • Between consultations, self-start and manage work using planning and control tools such as Jira (Agile planning system) and spreadsheets
  • Re-organise digital records already filed in the EDRMS

Key Skills:

  • Experience in information management and digital record administration
  • Proficiency in using electronic document management systems (EDRMS)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Agile planning tools, specifically Jira
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
