Summary: The role of Information Management & Digital Record Administrator involves managing digital records within a leading financial services organization based in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective organization and disposition of unstructured data. This position requires self-management and the use of planning tools to enhance record management processes. The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring two days on-site each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with IM colleagues and work with other business colleagues and raise any issues found as a result of the work
- Between consultations, self-start and manage work using planning and control tools such as Jira (Agile planning system) and spreadsheets
- Re-organise digital records already filed in the EDRMS
Key Skills:
- Experience in information management and digital record administration
- Proficiency in using electronic document management systems (EDRMS)
- Familiarity with planning and control tools, particularly Jira
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
