Summary: The Information Management Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Capital Delivery Programme Management Office of a leading UK utilities organization, focusing on the administration and continuous improvement of digital information management systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Support administration and day-to-day operation of CDE platforms (e.g., Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, ProjectWise, BCDE).

- Support issue resolution and coordinate with users and technical teams.
- Assist with configuration, rollout, and data migration activities for reality data management.
- Support coordination of datasets, models, and integration requirements.

- Support updates to controlled documentation within the Business Management System (BMS).
- Coordinate SME reviews, approvals, and governance workflows.

Key Skills:
- Experience in information management, document control, PMO, or digital engineering environment.
- Exposure to Common Data Environments (e.g. ProjectWise, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite).
- Understanding of document control processes (versioning, workflows, approvals).
- Awareness of ISO 19650 or structured information management principles (desirable).

Working within the Capital Delivery Programme Management Office (PMO), the Information Management Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s digital information management environment.
