Key Responsibilities:

- Assess the impact of business changes on navigation, ensuring continuity for users while reducing complexity.
- Map adjusted product ranges and content areas into clear, scalable navigation models.
- Collaborate with research specialists to validate proposed structures and iterate based on evidence.
- Provide IA guidance throughout design and implementation phases, ensuring adherence to agreed principles.
- Present IA recommendations to stakeholders with clear rationale grounded in research insights, best practices, and user needs.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Information Architecture, UX Architecture, or Experience Strategy.
- Proven success in complex, multi-product environments; B2B or telecom service background highly advantageous.
- Strong expertise in navigational IA, taxonomy creation, product grouping, and hierarchical design.
- Hands-on experience with IA research methods: tree testing, card sorting (open and closed), audience segmentation, and task analysis.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive consensus across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with component-based design systems or enterprise-scale digital platforms.
