Summary: The role of Test Lead - Infor ERP involves leading testing efforts for a complex ERP transformation program, specifically focusing on Infor ERP CloudSuite. The position requires collaboration with the Programme Test Manager to ensure quality across various testing phases and workstreams. This hands-on leadership role is suited for individuals with extensive experience in ERP environments, particularly in testing and coordination. The position is based in Belfast with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days on-site each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive testing across multiple workstreams for ERP implementation.
- Work closely with the Programme Test Manager to ensure quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Oversee SIT, End-to-End (E2E), and UAT testing phases.
- Manage data migration and integration testing within ERP environments.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder management across various teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Test Lead / QA Lead within ERP delivery programmes.
- Essential Infor ERP (CloudSuite) experience.
- Proven track record in SIT, End-to-End (E2E), and UAT testing phases.
- Solid experience in data migration and integration testing.
- Ability to coordinate testing across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Overview:
We're working with a client delivering a complex ERP transformation programme who are looking to bring in an experienced Test Lead with strong Infor ERP CloudSuite experience.
You'll work closely with the Programme Test Manager to coordinate and drive testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality across the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone comfortable operating across strategy, coordination and execution within large-scale ERP environments.
Skills:
- Strong experience as a Test Lead / QA Lead within ERP delivery programmes
- Infor ERP (CloudSuite) experience - essential
- Proven track record across SIT, End-to-End (E2E) and UAT testing phases
