Summary: We are looking for an experienced Infor ERP Consultant specializing in Infor CloudSuite HCM and related HR modules. The role involves leading implementations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring effective business process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong development and functional expertise to support various HCM areas. This position is hybrid, based in Hanover, MD, and is a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of Infor CloudSuite HCM, including GHR and Performance modules.
  • Implement and support modules such as Goals, Time & Absence, Time Entry, Benefits, Safety, Occupational Health, Talent Acquisition, Transition Management, Learning & Development, Succession, Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Leave & Absence, Payroll, and Hiring.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize end-to-end ERP/HCM workflows.
  • Integrate systems using Infor ION, IPI, FCU, and other Infor Cloud components.
  • Develop technical solutions (hard-core development) with strong functional understanding of HCM processes.
  • Perform data migration, testing cycles, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for CloudSuite upgrades (e.g., CloudSuite 11) and rollouts.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor ERP (CloudSuite, M3, LN), preferably CloudSuite HCM.
  • Strong experience as a Developer with functional knowledge of HR modules.
  • Expertise with GHR, Performance, and other HCM modules listed above.
  • Experience using Infor ION, Infor OS, IPI, and FCU frameworks.
  • Strong SQL/database management skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP integration patterns and cloud-based implementations.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities.
