As an Industrial Placement Construction Manager, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of live construction projects. Working alongside experienced site managers, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day running of sites, helping to coordinate teams, monitor progress, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Throughout the 12-month placement, you’ll build a strong foundation in construction management, site operations, and project coordination, developing practical skills and real-world experience that will prepare you for a successful career in the industry. You’ll be supported through a combination of on-the-job learning, mentoring, and structured development, giving you exposure to the complexities of managing construction projects from planning through to delivery.
