I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join their team.

Job Description
As Industrial Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
Determine the most effective way of optimising people and facilities.
Ensure achievement of programme manpower targets.
Hours-per-car reporting, with manning implications.
Best practice productivity ideas incorporated into programme.
Assignment allocation, in conjunction with production plant.

Experience Required:
Experience of assembly operations, within manufacturing.
Understanding of lean manufacturing and Design, for Assembly principles.
Industrial Engineering experience, with associated tools and techniques.
