Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team in Trim and Final operations.
- Ensure adherence to automotive manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.
- Conduct time studies and calculate OEE, while analyzing improvements through MUDA & MURI.
- Apply Lean principles and perform capacity calculations, ergonomic standards, and line balancing.
- Understand and utilize process documents such as SOPs, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Provide solutions to manufacturing and productivity problems.
- Utilize Autocad/Catia/Pro E software and manufacturing tools effectively.
