What You Would Do
- Contributing to the analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across production areas
- Collaborating with operations teams to identify efficiency opportunities and process enhancements
- Assisting with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Monitoring process performance against key metrics and supporting corrective action planning
- Working within ISO 9001 compliance frameworks to maintain quality standards
- Supporting project delivery related to process improvement, automation or facility layout
- Liaising with cross-functional teams including production, quality and maintenance
What You Could Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering or production environments
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Familiarity with process analysis, lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations and technical teams
- Proficiency with standard office and data analysis tools
