Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Implement lean process planning and improvements to reduce costs and eliminate waste.
- Conduct VSM analysis to assess operational efficiency and ideate future state improvements.
- Study ergonomics to eliminate hazards and improve productivity.
- Identify opportunities for labor productivity, automation, and lead time reduction.
- Perform time studies and multimodal line balancing to determine manpower requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality and timeline expectations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and capacity planning for new product introductions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Role and Responsibilities

- Understanding process documents - Sequence of steps (SOS), Standard operating procedure (SOP), PFMEA and control plans
- Ability to provide solutions to manufacturing & productivity problems
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD/Catia/Pro E software and manufacturing tools.
