Summary: The Indirect Buyer role at RLE International involves supporting an Essex-based automotive client by managing the procurement of indirect goods and services. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to oversee an Integrated Facility Management service contract, including issuing orders, negotiating pricing, and monitoring supplier performance. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is classified as inside IR35. This position is temporary for maternity cover, lasting 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on procurement of indirect goods and services.
• Source and monitor an Integrated Facility Management service contract with external vendors.
• Issue orders and manage annual contract renewals.
• Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and propose performance improvement strategies.
