Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main contact for client enquiries and internal requests, providing prompt and professional support.

  • Supporting clients and colleagues with questions about contracts, commercial terms and index products.
  • Assisting with revenue operations, including monthly reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Making sure our reporting and contractual processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Supporting teams across business development, finance, legal and marketing on exciting index product projects.
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve how we work and enhance the client experience.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues from across Europe.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business or a related field.
