Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a holistic view of the organisation and performance focusing on financial processes to deliver business success.
- Contribute to the development and review of the company strategy particularly relating to financial planning and risk management.
- Identify and assess financial risks and ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Track financial performance against targets and provide independent scrutiny of management's effectiveness against those targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Ensure robust risk management controls are in place and that the organisation is aware of and manages financial risks.

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional, with a passion for audit and risk, to bring their knowledge and drive to a housing association striving to exceed the standards and to define what good looks like in the sector.
