Summary: The In House EMEA PR Manager role is a 12-month fixed-term position focused on driving strategic communications for a leading travel and family lifestyle brand. The successful candidate will enhance the brand's public image and engage affluent audiences through effective media relations and storytelling. This position requires a confident communicator with a strong background in public relations, particularly within the travel or lifestyle sectors. The role is based in SW London and offers a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies that elevate the brand’s profile among affluent audiences in the UK and internationally.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influential journalists, editors, and media outlets across travel, lifestyle, and family sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting executive visibility and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Lead on press office activities, including media enquiries, crisis communications, and proactive pitching.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of press events, media trips, and experiential activations.
  • Draft and edit a range of written materials, from press releases and feature articles to briefing documents and Q&As.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyse campaign performance, and provide insightful reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency and maximise campaign impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms relevant to the brand’s core audiences.
  • Manage budgets for PR activities and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in public relations, ideally within premium travel, lifestyle, or family-oriented brands.
  • Demonstrable expertise in securing quality media coverage and managing high-profile campaigns.
  • Comfortable operating at pace, with the ability to pivot between strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and message development.
  • Adept at building relationships with senior leaders, media, and partners alike.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.

The Role

As In House PR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of consumer public relations initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
