In:house Commercial Lawyer (Part:time : 3 Days Per Week)

12 Month fixed term contract Warwickshire (on site role) GBP 50K : GBP 60K (Full time equivalent) 3+ PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well:established and highly respected UK business in a part:time, in:house role based in Warwickshire.

This position offers varied and interesting work across a broad commercial remit, including:

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Advising on day:to:day legal and business matters

Supporting with a range of dispute and contentious issues

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

The role would suit a lawyer with around 3+ years' PQE, ideally with some prior in:house experience, although candidates moving from private practice with strong commercial exposure will also be considered.
