Summary: Airswift is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to support logistics operations for a major client in The Woodlands, TX, on a 3-month assignment. The role involves managing international shipments, documentation, and compliance while coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily logistics activities related to import and export shipments, including documentation, scheduling, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, operations, and external logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
  • Prepare, update, and validate shipping documentation (e.g., BOL, commercial invoices, packing lists).
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. Customs & international trade compliance requirements.
  • Maintain data accuracy in relevant systems, including SAP S4.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain team to support order fulfillment and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Provide administrative support for logistics reporting and metrics.
  • Assist with general logistics and materials coordination tasks as assigned.

Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to support logistics and supply chain activities at the Woodlands location.
