Job Title: Immigration Paralegal

Overview
A progressive, people-focused law firm is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to support its specialist immigration team.The team advises individuals, families, and organisations on a broad range of UK immigration matters, with a focus on complex cases and high levels of client service. The role offers exposure to both personal and corporate immigration work, including points-based system applications and indefinite leave to remain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft visa, settlement and citizenship applications under the UK Immigration Rules.

  • Prepare supporting evidence bundles for Home Office submissions.

  • Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal notes and client updates.
