IMAC Engineer

Your responsibilities as the IMAC Engineer:

• Carry out desktop and laptop deployments across the customer site.
• Perform device installations, moves, additions and changes in line with project requirements.
• Complete Workstation setups, hardware swaps and technology refresh activities.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications and peripherals.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Support asset management, device tracking and deployment documentation.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with project teams and end users to ensure a smooth deployment experience.

As a successful IMAC Engineer, you will have:

• Proven experience working as an IMAC Engineer, Deployment Engineer, Rollout Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer.
• Strong experience with desktop, laptop and peripheral installations.
• Familiarity with hardware refresh, migration and deployment projects.
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments.
• An active CSCS Card (essential).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
