Summary: We are looking for a Senior Developer specializing in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and SQL development with PostgreSQL. The role involves designing and maintaining data integration solutions, writing complex SQL queries, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience and strong leadership skills in an Agile environment. This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
  • Write complex SQL queries and procedures using PostgreSQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks in ETL pipelines and databases.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Mentor and lead junior developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and best practices within the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote automation wherever possible.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration, etc.).
  • Strong experience in SQL development using PostgreSQL – writing complex joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience working in Agile development environments, including CI/CD pipelines and iterative delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong team management or team leadership experience – with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
