Summary: The IFS Technical Project Manager will lead the technical delivery of a global Greenfield IFS Cloud implementation, overseeing all technical workstreams from setup to post-deployment stabilization. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including business units, systems integrators, and third-party vendors, to ensure a successful go-live. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical risks and ensuring strong governance throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of a Greenfield, global IFS Cloud implementation
  • Own the setup and governance of IFS Cloud environments (non-prod and production)
  • Manage release, change, and deployment cycles in line with IFS Cloud standards
  • Oversee all integrations and interfaces, including middleware and external systems
  • Act as the technical authority between the business, SI partner, IFS, and vendors
  • Plan and manage technical cutover activities for a first-time ERP go-live
  • Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and cross-region impacts
  • Ensure strong technical governance, documentation, and delivery controls
  • Provide clear status reporting to programme leadership and executive stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering IFS Cloud in a Technical Project Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated success on Greenfield ERP implementations, ideally global in scale
  • Strong understanding of IFS Cloud architecture and environments
  • Integration strategies and interface management
  • Release, change, and deployment management
  • Data migration and cutover for first-time go-live
  • Experience working with systems integrators, IFS, and multi-vendor landscapes

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Technical Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a global Greenfield IFS Cloud implementation . This role will be responsible for owning all technical workstreams from initial platform setup through to go-live and post-deployment stabilisation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of IFS Cloud, working closely with the business, systems integrator, IFS, and third-party vendors across multiple regions.
