IFS Technical Consultant

Summary: The IFS Technical Consultant will be responsible for driving IFS application developments and integrations, focusing on technical components such as integrations, reporting, and CRIMS modules. The role involves designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems, optimizing reports, and configuring the CRIMS within IFS. Collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders is essential to deliver tailored technical solutions and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of IFS integrations with third-party systems using tools such as IFS Connect, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Develop and optimise IFS reports and customisations, including Crystal Reports, Quick Reports, and PL/SQL procedures.
• Configure and maintain CRIMS (Customer Relationship & Information Management System) within IFS to align with business processes.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across the IFS environment.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IFS technical components, particularly in integrations, reporting, and CRIMS modules.
