Summary: The IFS Solution Architect will lead the design and architecture for migrating from ClickSoftware to IFS FSM Cloud, ensuring that business requirements are met throughout the process. This role involves defining the end-to-end solution, collaborating with various stakeholders, and guiding technical teams during the migration phases. The architect will also oversee documentation, design reviews, and quality assurance to ensure a successful transition. A strong background in ERP and Field Service Management is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution architecture for the migration from Click to IFS FSM Cloud.
- Analyze current ClickSoftware processes and map them to IFS FSM Cloud capabilities.
- Design end-to-end business processes, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Define technical architecture, including interfaces, data flows, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and solution fit.
- Provide guidance on IFS FSM Cloud best practices, configuration, and customization.
- Oversee solution documentation, design reviews, and quality assurance.
- Support testing, cutover, and hypercare phases to ensure successful migration.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP/Field Service Management solution architecture.
- Deep expertise in IFS FSM Cloud.
- Knowledge of ClickSoftware platform would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end IFS FSM Cloud implementation or migration.
- Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
