Summary: The IFS Cloud System Consultant role involves engaging with global organizations to enhance their use of IFS Cloud through configuration, optimization, and implementation of solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the configuration and optimisation of IFS Cloud solutions across multiple modules
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system solutions
- Provide functional expertise across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, or Service Management
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Deliver user training and support to maximise system adoption
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and data integrity
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working with IFS Cloud (or recent versions of IFS Applications)
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more IFS modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Projects, Manufacturing)
- Experience across full lifecycle implementations or major system upgrades
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Desirable Experience: Experience working in complex, global environments
- Previous involvement in multi-country rollouts
- Integration experience with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools)
- Technical understanding of IFS architecture and data structures
