Summary: The IFS Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the migration from ClickSoftware to IFS FSM Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the migration from Click to IFS FSM Cloud.
- Analyze and map current ClickSoftware processes to IFS FSM Cloud capabilities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to align with IFS FSM Cloud best practices.
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Track and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or Field Service Management projects.
- Strong knowledge of IFS FSM Cloud.
- Knowledge of ClickSoftware would be an added advantage.
