Summary: The Identity Specialist role focuses on enhancing an organization's Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy, requiring expertise in information security and identity challenges. The position involves supporting IAM systems and contributing to identity transformation initiatives. The role is hybrid, with approximately two days per month onsite in Manchester, and is classified as outside IR35. This is a 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain IAM systems: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint IIQ, Active Roles
  • Contribute to identity transformation and cloud migration initiatives
  • Improve joiner/mover/leaver processes and access automation
  • Deliver projects such as SSO, role-based access, and identity maturity improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers

Key Skills:

  • Experience with IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms
  • Knowledge of AD/Entra ID/Active Roles
  • Experience working on IAM projects and service transitions
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, innovative mindset

Salary (Rate): £550 per day
