Summary: The IAM Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Identity and Access Management solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM). Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) for user provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications for IAM integrations, including custom connectors and workflows.
• Integrate ISIM with third-party identity providers and enterprise applications.
• Enforce IAM security best practices to comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve IAM-related issues, optimizing workflows and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive IAM solutions.
• Stay current with IAM trends and contribute to the evolution of IAM architecture.
