Summary: As a senior PAM Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage CyberArk’s PAM solutions to protect privileged access across enterprise systems. Collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams, you will support security initiatives and ensure robust privileged account protection. Your role will involve leading the deployment of CyberArk solutions and mentoring junior engineers. You will also develop strategies for privileged account lifecycle management and automate related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of CyberArk solutions, including CyberArk Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation for CyberArk infrastructure, access policies, and processes.
- Perform initial design and architecture for CyberArk solutions tailored to meet organizational security requirements and best practices.
- Implement and enforce privileged access policies, access request workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain strategies for privileged account lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password rotation.
- Automate tasks and processes associated with privileged access management using scripting languages, APIs, and CyberArk’s advanced features.
- Design & implement custom connectors & plug-ins for CyberArk.
- Perform back-up of Vaults & work with CyberArk for the upgrade of components.
- Mentor junior engineers and team members, providing guidance on CyberArk best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk (CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) and related technologies.
- Proven experience working with Mortgages applications.
- Solid understanding of privileged access management principles, including access control, session management, and password management.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with security auditing tools and techniques to ensure proper implementation of PAM controls.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Perl for automation tasks and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of key security frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001 etc).
