Summary: The Identity Management Consultant will lead the design and implementation of a refreshed Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring compliance with modern security standards. This role involves managing Entra ID initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IAM solutions. The consultant will also provide expertise in IAM processes and drive the IAM roadmap for the organization. Strong technical skills in Active Directory and cloud-based identity management are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and validation of Active Directory infrastructure, including upgrades to the latest functional levels.
- Manage and support Entra ID pilot initiatives in a development environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor on IAM solutions, integrating with core desktop, infrastructure, cloud, and network landscapes.
- Develop and drive the IAM roadmap, balancing functional requirements, cost, service quality, and system management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IAM solutions and ensure best practices for identity governance.
- Lead IAM-related infrastructure projects from planning to post-implementation support.
- Provide expertise in Active Directory and related technologies, guiding the technical team on complex challenges.
- Review and refine IAM policies and processes for compliance with security standards and organizational needs.
- Continuously monitor and enhance IAM solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues, providing effective support to internal teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Active Directory design, implementation, and management.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server 2022 Core OS, including patch management.
- Solid knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based identity management solutions.
- Experience with modern desktop environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in configuring and integrating IAM solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, including authentication and identity governance.
- Experience in system security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
