Key Responsibilities:

- Define, assess, and govern processes, procedures, and controls for IdAM.
- Utilize identity and access management tools and enterprise directory technology.
- Understand toxic access, segregation of duties (SoD), and JML processes.
- Integrate data flows with other applications.
Key Skills:

Our client, a London-based investment bank, requires a seasoned Business Analyst to work on multiple IAM projects. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London (City) office and is inside IR35 (Umbrella Company only).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 7+years Business Analysis experience gained in a financial services/investment banking setting;
- Excellent documentation skills, experienced in mapping AS IS and TO BE process flows, and strong skills in Visio;
- Proven experience of facilitating and running stand-ups/meetings;
- Excellent senior-level stakeholder management skills;
- Good knowledge of IdAM best practices;
- Understanding of toxic access, segregation of duties (SoD), JML process, data flows and integration with other applications;
- Experience in defining, assessing and governance of processes, procedures and controls for IdAM;
- Proven experience working with identity and access management tools, enterprise directory technology stack, data mapping and related resource adapter sets; and
- Previous financial services/banking/investment banking experience.
